AI Events & Engagement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an AI Events & Engagement Manager to lead high‑impact AI, technology and innovation events for a leading UAE organisation. This hands‑on role will own the full event lifecycle, from concept through delivery, and drive internal AI engagement across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver corporate, AI‑focused conferences, leadership forums, hackathons, workshops, innovation showcases and community meet‑ups.
• Coordinate venues, catering, registration, guest management, suppliers and all event logistics.
• Oversee onsite execution, ensuring smooth setup, run‑time and teardown.
• Manage event agencies, production partners, external vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal procurement to secure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Develop internal AI engagement initiatives such as knowledge‑sharing sessions and innovation showcases.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, hyperscalers, accelerators, VCs, academia and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Support partnership initiatives, including pilot engagements and technology collaborations.
• Coordinate high‑profile events involving senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Handle multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in event management, corporate events, conferences, community or stakeholder engagement, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing events end‑to‑end, from concept to delivery.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior leadership, technology partners and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Abu Dhabi.
