AI Implementation Officer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Implementation Officer to support planning, coordination, and deployment of AI projects within our diverse portfolio of luxury fashion and lifestyle brands in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Research and recommend suitable AI tools and solutions for business needs.
• Design and implement automations using no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse workflows, identify process-improvement opportunities and integrate AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of automations and workflows.
• Provide regular reports and updates on project progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technology, operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate) and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong understanding of automation, process mapping, and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Python or JavaScript and proficiency with project-management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello).
• Solid analytical skills.
