AI Project Manager

About the role

The AI Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and client expectations. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and regular communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for AI projects.
• Apply Agile methodology to manage project sprints, track progress, and adapt to changes.
• Coordinate activities across technical, business, and client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing AI‑focused projects.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (German, Dutch, French, Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Czech, Bulgarian, etc.) are a plus.
