AI SEO Executive

About the role

The AI SEO Executive will design and execute data‑driven SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, website traffic and lead generation for A&A Associate LLC’s digital marketing initiatives. This role blends traditional SEO techniques with emerging AI‑focused practices such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to maximize performance across search engines and AI‑powered platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and comprehensive SEO audits.
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Create, refine and optimize AI‑assisted content using Claude AI and other AI tools.
• Apply on‑page, technical, off‑page and local SEO best practices.
• Build high‑quality backlinks and enhance domain authority through ethical link‑building.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and related tools.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic and campaign results, delivering regular reports and recommendations.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments and emerging SEO trends.
• Collaborate with content, design and marketing teams to meet business and lead‑generation goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and organic search optimization.
• Practical experience using AI tools, including Claude AI, for SEO and content optimization.
• Strong understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Solid knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
