AI Solutions Engineer - Banking

About the role

VAM Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join its UAE operations, focusing on banking and financial services. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that meet strict regulatory and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI and machine‑learning solutions on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM, data lakes, and APIs.
• Lead code‑quality, governance, and technical standards across AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver digital‑transformation initiatives for banks, fintech firms, and regulatory bodies.
• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents, multi‑agent systems, and workflow automation using Azure AI Foundry, Agentforce, and related frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, solution architecture, and cloud services.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions in highly regulated financial environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Data pipeline and ETL tools, data lakehouses (e.g., Fabric).
