Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our pre‑opening hotel in Dubai. The role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC, refrigeration and building control systems to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Read building, air‑conditioning, refrigeration and electrical drawings.
• Fault find and repair air‑conditioning, refrigeration and building control systems.
• Maintain reciprocating chillers, air handling plants and cold rooms.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and safety programmes.
• Apply water‑treatment techniques and handle chemicals safely.
• Conduct periodic inspection tours of all refrigeration equipment.
• Perform guest‑room maintenance according to schedule.
• Collaborate with electricians for electrical work during events.
• Complete daily refrigeration log sheets and record temperatures.
• Assist peers when requested by supervisor.
• Keep tools in good condition and maintain a clean workspace.
