About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight procedures.
• Monitor aircraft position, terrain and weather continuously to ensure safe navigation.
• Communicate clearly with the Captain and crew, providing timely advice and information.
• Maintain compliance with Etihad’s operating procedures and regulatory standards.
• Uphold professional appearance and conduct, representing the airline at all times.

Required profile

• Valid commercial pilot licence with an Airbus A320 type rating.
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours, including recent multi‑crew experience.
• Strong knowledge of airline operating procedures and aviation regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
