Aircraft Technician – Line Maintenance Support

About the role

Emirates Engineering is seeking an Aircraft Technician to join its Line Maintenance Support team in Dubai. Working under the guidance of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will perform routine servicing, repairs, and component replacements on Emirates and third‑party aircraft, ensuring compliance with manufacturer procedures and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine aircraft, engine and component servicing, including fluid replenishment, refuelling and system charging.
• Perform approved structural repairs and component replacements following AMM, IPC or CMM documentation.
• Assist Licensed Aircraft Engineers with troubleshooting, defect rectification and modifications as directed by job cards.
• Maintain a clean, FOD‑free work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are audited regularly.
• Adhere to airport safety regulations, hold a valid Airport Driving Permit and comply with manoeuvring area requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors on performance management and training plans using the MyBC system.

Required profile

• Relevant technical training for aircraft line maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Component Maintenance Manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety culture and proactive reporting of hazards.
• Good housekeeping habits and attention to detail.
