Alpine Race Trainer

About the role

The Alpine Race Trainer will deliver specialised training programmes for ski athletes of all ages and abilities at Ski Dubai. You will help athletes improve technique, race tactics and physical conditioning while ensuring a safe and engaging coaching environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Alpine Race training sessions for diverse athlete groups.
• Create seasonal training plans, set performance goals and map development pathways.
• Coach athletes on skiing technique, race strategy, fitness and competitive performance.
• Assess athlete progress, provide feedback and monitor safety compliance.
• Support the organisation of races, competitions, training camps and academy events.
• Build positive relationships with athletes, parents and guests.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; sports‑related qualifications preferred.
• 2‑3 years experience in Alpine ski racing, ski coaching or a related snow‑sports environment.
• Certified Ski Instructor (international qualification preferred, ISIA a plus).
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
