Aluminium Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Foreman with strong expertise in aluminium fabrication and installation, particularly in pivot doors and aluminium pergolas. The successful candidate will supervise fabrication and installation teams, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate site activities according to project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate aluminium fabrication and installation teams.
• Oversee the fabrication and installation of aluminium doors, windows, pivot doors, and pergolas.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper dimensions before fabrication.
• Ensure all fabrication and installation work meets required quality and safety standards.
• Check aluminium profiles, accessories, hardware, and other materials required for projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the required timelines.
• Identify and resolve fabrication or installation issues on site.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials by the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong hands‑on experience in aluminium doors and windows fabrication and installation.
• Practical experience with pivot door fabrication and installation.
• Experience with aluminium pergolas is highly preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and accurately take site measurements.
• Previous experience supervising fabrication and installation teams.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
