Alumni Relations Officer – UAE National

About the role

The Alumni Relations Officer will serve as the primary link between Al Ain University and its graduates, fostering continuous engagement and supporting alumni career development. This position involves regular communication with alumni, organizing events, and preparing reports that highlight alumni achievements and university initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, distribute, and process alumni questionnaires to maintain up‑to‑date graduate data.
• Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with alumni through various channels.
• Update and verify alumni records on a regular basis.
• Encourage alumni participation in university‑hosted events and activities.
• Liaise with external organisations to identify job opportunities for graduates.
• Produce the monthly alumni e‑newsletter.
• Plan and execute alumni events, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Integrate alumni content into the university’s social media platforms.
• Attend courses and events relevant to the alumni community.
• Compile and present periodic reports on alumni engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• 2 years of related experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
