Analyst – Accounting & Finance (Emiratization Program)

About the role

KPMG LG is launching a fast‑growing Emiratization program for fresh Emirati graduates. The Analyst – Accounting & Finance role offers hands‑on experience, the chance to contribute to client projects, and mentorship from seasoned professionals. You will explore various industries while developing core accounting and finance skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client engagement tasks to high standards, adhering to agreed plans, budgets and quality criteria.
• Identify, document and escalate risks or issues, keeping senior team members informed of significant developments.
• Develop an external network and stay updated on industry trends, market activity and competitor offerings.
• Participate in professional qualification and technical training, and apply learned knowledge to improve future project quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, support new starters and contribute to internal performance development cycles.

Required profile

• Emirati national holding a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.0) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science & Engineering, Data Analytics & Data Science, or Business Administration.
• Available to start immediately and able to work from Dubai or Abu Dhabi office.
