About the role
The Analyst – Credit Control I – Real Estate will support the financial operations of Dubai Festival City, ensuring accurate payment processing, bank reconciliation and customer account maintenance using the Yardi system.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily cheques in the PDC module and process customer payments in Yardi.
- Perform bank reconciliations each day to minimise unreconciled items.
- Monitor and recover bounced cheques, maintaining timely collections.
- Maintain and clear customer accounts, reducing unallocated credits.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to the Credit Control Department as required.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in YARDI.
- Advanced Excel skills.
