Analyst - Cyber Threat Intelligence

About the role

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will join the client’s Digital Defence Center (DDC) in Dubai, researching emerging cyber threats and delivering actionable intelligence. The role shapes the strategic approach to protect the organization’s people, data and assets against sophisticated attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on emerging cyber threats targeting the client.
• Produce intelligence briefings and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct threat hunting, incident response and digital forensics investigations.
• Develop and maintain custom tools, scripts and detection logic.
• Collaborate with SOC, red‑team and penetration‑testing teams to improve detection and mitigation capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
• 5‑7 years overall experience with 3‑5 years in cyber threat intelligence, SOC operations or digital forensics.
• Proven experience in threat hunting, incident response, penetration testing and red‑team activities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC, CREST, OSCP) are a plus.

Required skills

• Threat Intelligence Platforms: Recorded Future, Flashpoint, Blueliv, Anomali, ThreatIQ.
• Understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain.
• Digital forensics tools, custom scripting and log analysis.
• Offensive security tools: Metasploit, exploit development, OSINT techniques.
• Penetration testing and red‑team methodologies.
