Analyst – IT Solutions (Travel Domain)

About the role

ISA is looking for a techno‑functional Analyst to support corporate travel technology solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for GDS platforms, online booking tools, API integrations, B2B/POS systems and expense management solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Support, maintain and troubleshoot GDS‑based solutions (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Configure, integrate and validate Air and Non‑Air APIs, coordinating with development teams and third‑party providers.
• Implement, configure and enhance online booking tools (OBTs) for corporate customers, aligning with travel policies.
• Develop and improve B2B portals and POS systems, collaborating with users, developers and vendors.
• Analyse and maintain corporate travel data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in travel technology or related IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of GDS platforms, API integrations and corporate travel processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
