Analyst – Tax Operations (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Analyst – Tax Operations will support the tax services team in processing job codes, billing, financial planning and risk activities. This position is open to UAE nationals only and is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Process job opening codes and review related documents such as JIM, approvals, risk conflict, client evaluation, Sentinel and CRM.
• Generate JSRs and amend project codes as requested by the project team.
• Assist with departmental, inter‑firm, subcontractor, client and supplier invoicing, ensuring timely billing coordination with engagement managers.
• Support the FP&A lead in preparing WIP debtor reports and follow‑up on ageing invoices.
• Assist the risk team with daily tasks, opportunity creation and closure.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven administration experience within a financial services firm.

Required skills

• Experience with JIM system.
• Experience with CRM tools.
