About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Analytics Engineer to design, build and maintain dbt models that power decision‑making across finance, product, compliance and market teams. The role will be based in one of our global hubs (London, Dubai or New York) and reports to the Head of Data.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end development of dbt models within your domain, including testing, documentation and schema coverage.
- Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional data projects that span finance, compliance, product and markets, delivering trusted answers from first principles.
- Partner with product, engineering, finance and market teams to ensure accurate domain modeling.
- Support critical finance and compliance reporting by delivering datasets for month‑end close, audit requests and related pipelines.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to untangle complex, messy data problems.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple business functions.
- Self‑starter who can take ownership of projects from definition to delivery.
