Andrologist – IVF & Male Fertility Specialist

About the role

The leading fertility and reproductive medicine centre in Dubai is looking for an experienced Andrologist to join its male fertility and assisted reproductive technology team. You will work closely with physicians and embryologists to ensure high‑quality processing of male reproductive specimens.

Key responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis and assess concentration, motility and morphology according to established standards.
• Prepare sperm for IUI, IVF and ICSI procedures, including washing and cryopreservation.
• Process and manage difficult or abnormal semen samples.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, specimen traceability and adhere to quality‑control and safety protocols.
• Support fertility physicians and embryologists in managing male‑factor infertility cases.
• Participate in laboratory quality‑improvement and development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Andrology, Reproductive Biology, Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Professional training in Andrology or reproductive laboratory science.
• Practical experience in a fertility/IVF laboratory with strong expertise in semen analysis and sperm preparation.
• Knowledge of sperm cryopreservation, ART procedures and male infertility.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and laboratory quality.
