About the role

GEMS Founders School in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Arabic B Teacher to join its dynamic faculty. The role involves delivering high‑quality Arabic language instruction to both primary and secondary students, fostering an engaging and inspiring learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess Arabic B curriculum for primary and secondary classes.
• Create interactive lessons that motivate students and support diverse learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross‑curricular projects and school initiatives.
• Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and contribute to the wider school community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature or equivalent, with a teaching qualification (B.Ed. or similar).
• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching Arabic at primary and/or secondary levels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English (IELTS 6 or above).
• Professional commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in teaching.
