Arabic Internal Auditor

About the role

Valtrans Transportation Systems & Services is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Internal Auditor to join its Dubai office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on evaluating financial and operational processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document internal audit engagements across finance and operations.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports highlighting findings, risks and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial audits and drive process enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of best‑practice audit methodologies and risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA or ACCA is an advantage.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management or compliance, preferably within transportation, hospitality or service sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset, high ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
