Arabic-Speaking Event Specialist & Brand Engagement Officer

About the role

Chic Shoes is seeking a charismatic, Arabic‑speaking Event Specialist who will act as the public face of the brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will design and deliver high‑impact luxury retail experiences that reinforce the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute VIP events, product launches, mall activations, fashion showcases and brand campaigns, managing logistics, suppliers and budgets.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador, building relationships with customers, VIP clients, mall management, influencers and media partners.
• Engage with attendees during events, collect feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
• Support marketing initiatives through event promotion, storytelling and partnership development with malls, luxury brands and influencers.
• Monitor event performance, analyze customer sentiment and market trends, and produce reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event management, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent public speaking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, networking and organizational skills.
