Arabic Teacher for Cycle 2 & 3 (AY 25/26)

About the role

The school seeks an enthusiastic Arabic Teacher for Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 for the academic year 2025/2026. You will join a collaborative community focused on high‑quality learning, creativity and leadership, delivering the American curriculum in a mixed‑gender primary setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Arabic lessons for Cycle 2 and 3, planning for the full ability range and using imaginative teaching methods.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and parents to support student progress and wellbeing.
• Assess and record student development using the Target Tracker system and provide constructive feedback at parent‑teacher conferences.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy, acting as a positive role model and promoting self‑control.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration and continuous reflection on teaching practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Target Tracker assessment system.
• Familiarity with CPOMS for student welfare communication.
