Arabic‑Speaking Business Development Manager – Forex/CFD

About the role

BitDelta Pro is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Forex and CFD markets. The role focuses on acquiring, managing, and growing high‑value trading accounts while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Bring an existing portfolio of active Forex/CFD clients into the company and onboard new traders.
• Generate new retail and professional trader leads through personal networks, referrals, and targeted business development activities.
• Achieve monthly targets for funded accounts, deposits, trading volume, and revenue.
• Conduct client meetings, webinars, presentations, and product demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with customer‑support teams to ensure high‑quality service.
• Stay informed on global financial markets, Forex trends, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in Forex, CFD, or financial trading.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Active book of high‑value clients that can be transferred and generate trading volume.
• Fluent Arabic for internal and client communications.
• Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and related markets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
