Arcade Operator – Full‑Time in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Arcade Operator to join our Japanese‑themed entertainment venue in Dubai. You will welcome guests, explain games and attractions, and ensure a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, providing information about arcade games and bowling equipment.
• Operate POS terminals, process payments, activate game cards and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Monitor arcade machines and bowling lanes, conduct basic troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, follow opening and closing procedures, and support inventory management.
• Assist with events, birthday parties and other special activities.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 2 years experience in a Family Entertainment Center, arcade, bowling centre or similar venue in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of arcade games and bowling equipment.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• POS systems operation.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic machine troubleshooting.
