Architect – Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead the development of architectural concepts and oversee project delivery from initial design through construction. The role involves creating detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts and space planning based on project requirements.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed and construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections and reflected ceiling plans.
• Produce accurate AutoCAD and Revit drawings, maintain drawing registers and document control.
• Prepare and submit documentation for UAE authority approvals and manage the review process.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape and other consultants, as well as contractors, to resolve design issues.
• Conduct regular site visits, provide technical clarification, and inspect completed works for compliance.
• Communicate with clients to capture requirements, incorporate feedback and present design solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
