Architect – Dubai

About the role

Inspiration Corner Engineering Consultants LLC is looking for a qualified Architect to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves delivering complete architectural design packages from concept through detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic and working drawings for architectural projects.
• Prepare and submit documentation to Dubai Municipality (DM), ensuring full code compliance.
• Create high‑quality 3D models and renderings using Revit and Photoshop.
• Lead client meetings, present designs, gather feedback and refine proposals.
• Coordinate with in‑house structural and MEP teams for integrated design solutions.
• Produce detailed sections, elevations and layout plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and freelance contributors as needed.
• Deliver creative, practical design proposals on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong technical and design skills with proven experience in DM submissions.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects.
