Architect – Engineering Consultancy (Dubai)

About the role

The client, a leading engineering consultancy in the construction sector, is seeking a detail‑oriented Architect to join its Dubai team. The role involves delivering architectural design, securing authority approvals, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and providing on‑site technical support for G+4/G+5 residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare concept, schematic and detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections and material specifications.
• Develop and review architectural documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with client requirements and project budgets.
• Submit drawings to Dubai Municipality and other authorities, address comments and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines to produce clash‑free designs and participate in design review meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction activities, provide technical clarification to contractors and prepare observation reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience within an engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience on residential and commercial building projects (G+4/G+5).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes.
