Architect II

About the role

The Architect II will lead all phases of architectural work for AL TAIF Technical Services LLC, from planning and design to overseeing construction of new buildings, extensions, alterations and renovations. The role ensures projects align with program scope, ISO quality, safety and environmental standards, and supports sustainable facility development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and supervise construction of new and existing facilities.
• Develop and review project planning documents for consistency with program intent.
• Maintain processes in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Monitor consultants and contractors to meet contractual and technical requirements.
• Prepare scopes of work, support contract schedules and assist in selection of architects and engineers.
• Review construction proposals for technical soundness and sustainability.
• Conduct conceptual studies, preliminary designs and alternative analyses for building systems.
• Perform periodic reviews of master plan implementation and major project goals.

Required profile

• Relevant experience delivering architectural and engineering services during project planning.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system standards.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental directives.
• Ability to assess technical proposals and support in‑house teams on facility development.
