Architect – Real Estate Development (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect to join our Real Estate Development team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will lead the architectural design process from concept creation through construction and handover for residential, commercial and mixed‑use luxury projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural concepts from inception to full project execution.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Obtain all required Dubai authority approvals and ensure compliance with UAE building regulations.
• Conduct technical reviews, oversee construction detailing and maintain quality, budget and schedule controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience in real estate development, consultancy or construction.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise projects of G+12 and above.
• Valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality approval permit.
• Active member of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals and project coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of construction detailing, design coordination and project execution.
