Architectural BIM Modeler

About the role

The BIM Nation is seeking an Architectural BIM Modeler to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high‑quality Building Information Models that support architectural design and construction delivery across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants and other stakeholders to integrate disciplines, resolve clashes and keep the model up‑to‑date.
• Produce and maintain design documentation such as drawings, schedules and reports.
• Run performance and energy‑efficiency analyses using the BIM model to support design decisions.
• Utilise Revit, Navisworks and other BIM tools to create, modify and manage models while staying current with emerging technologies.
• Ensure all models meet project standards, local codes and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience on BIM projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
• Previous work with consultants or architectural firms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating BIM delivery for architectural projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve model‑related issues.
