Area Manager, UTR Operations

About the role

Amazon Now is expanding its fast‑delivery service and needs an experienced Area Manager to lead UTR Operations. You will oversee 3P Store Operations, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing for all team members.
• Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to meet quality, productivity and SLA targets.
• Support and lead a diverse team, handling administrative tasks while building strong team culture.
• Identify process improvements, optimise workflows and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, business or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams and coach junior staff.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis and results‑driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
