Procurement Administrator

About the role

The Procurement Administrator will support Deluxe Holiday Homes by managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring that procurement activities are efficient, compliant and aligned with the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers that align with company needs and standards.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost‑effective purchases.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding, including due‑diligence checks and reference verification.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and track performance metrics.
• Process purchase requisitions, convert them into official purchase orders and ensure approvals follow the company’s authorization matrix.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery dates and costs, and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Organise, file and maintain all procurement‑related documents for compliance and easy retrieval.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company and industry regulations and keep the procurement manual and SOPs current.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing needs and work with the inventory team to forecast future supply requirements.
• Collaborate with logistics to facilitate incoming shipments and storage, and liaise with internal departments to understand their product and service needs.
• Prepare regular procurement reports detailing purchase activity, savings and supplier performance, and support continuous improvement of processes.
