About the role
The Art Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of artworks, materials and equipment between exhibitions, events and project sites in Abu Dhabi. This role requires careful handling of valuable pieces and reliable vehicle operation.
Key responsibilities
- Transport artwork, materials and equipment to and from exhibition and event locations.
- Load and unload artworks with care to prevent any damage.
- Ensure punctual delivery and collection of art pieces according to schedule.
- Maintain the vehicle in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all transportation, safety and handling procedures.
- Assist with basic packing, securing and positioning of artworks when required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar transportation or logistics role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Safe vehicle operation.
- Careful handling and loading of delicate items.
