About the role

The Department of Anatomic Pathology is seeking a motivated academic professional to join its faculty as an Assistant or Associate Professor. This position involves delivering high‑quality instruction to undergraduate medical students and advancing research in pathology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integrated, competency‑based teaching to medical undergraduates.
• Lead case‑based discussions, clinicopathological correlations, and interactive sessions.
• Design and conduct practical laboratory demonstrations and slide‑based learning activities.
• Supervise and mentor students in research projects and scholarly work.
• Conduct independent and collaborative research, aiming for publication in high‑impact peer‑reviewed journals.
• Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation, and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committees.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with a Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Anatomic Pathology.
• Strong record of research publications in indexed journals.
• Minimum 2–3 years of post‑Ph.D. teaching experience.
