Assistant Boutique Director Hospitality

About the role

The Assistant Boutique Director – Hospitality works side‑by‑side with the Boutique Director to ensure smooth daily operations of a luxury watch boutique in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, managing hospitality initiatives, and supporting the team in achieving sales and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Director in overseeing all boutique activities, including client service, sales targets and visual standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the boutique team, ensuring high performance and adherence to Audemars Piguet standards.
• Manage hospitality operations: coordinate food‑and‑beverage service, liaise with suppliers, control inventory and execute hospitality events.
• Develop and maintain the annual boutique hospitality calendar in collaboration with the Brand team.
• Take full responsibility for boutique operations in the Director’s absence.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Audemars Piguet brand, its heritage and watch collections.
• Passion for luxury retail and hospitality, with a client‑focused mindset.
• Proactive attitude toward learning industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Leadership potential and ability to manage a diverse team.
