Assistant Broker

About the role

Marsh is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Broker to join its Dubai team. In this position you will support account management and broking activities, providing advice on insurance products and risk exposure while collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and advice to clients on insurance products and risk‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business growth and client‑retention opportunities.
• Assist in developing and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and communications.
• Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase services and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Support senior team members in complex account management tasks and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, broking or a related role.
• Good understanding of insurance products and risk‑management principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with insurance management software (preferred).
