Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will shape the digital presence of a Forbes Five‑Star luxury hotel in Dubai, turning strategy into compelling campaigns that drive visibility, performance and direct revenue. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, commercial strategy and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee OTA and meta‑search channel content and performance on platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Sojern, Sabre, Hilton Elevate and related apps.
• Maintain and update the hotel website, mobile apps and digital platforms including Content Gateway, ICE Portal, SevenRooms, Simplify, digital screens and gift‑certificate portals.
• Implement on‑page and technical SEO practices, monitor keyword performance with Google Search Console and optimise user pathways.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to align promotions, rate strategies and data‑driven initiatives that maximise bookings.
• Ensure all digital assets reflect the luxury brand standards and support storytelling through high‑quality imagery and copy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional projects.
