Assistant Director of Guest Experience

About the role

The Assistant Director of Guest Experience will lead the Guest Services and Concierge teams at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, personalized service to all guests in a dynamic 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily operations of Guest Services and Concierge departments.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure efficient handling of guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and implement training programs for team members to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest services or concierge management within luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
