About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced wait staff to join our new Japanese restaurant in Aljada, Sharjah. The role involves delivering high‑quality service in a premium casual dining setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with guests.
- Serve food and beverages with thorough knowledge of the menu and Japanese cuisine.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar restaurant setting.
- All nationalities welcome; professional appearance required.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle high‑volume service.
- For Captain Waiter positions: proven experience supervising and leading a front‑of‑house team.
