About the role

The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Head of Sales in driving revenue and managing client relationships for a leading hotel in Dubai. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and market analysis to enhance the hotel's sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Assist in leading, training, and evaluating the sales team.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.
• Create sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing on integrated sales‑marketing campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize client contracts in line with business objectives.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to market positioning.
• Operate safely and responsibly, adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies.
