Vice President - Market Access

About the role

The Vice President – Market Access will design, build, and commercialise scalable market access products, overseeing strategic sourcing, commodity trading, and financial management to drive growth across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and commercialise market access products, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and distribution strategies.
• Establish new revenue lines through B2B and back‑to‑back trading models across multiple categories and regions.
• Drive commodity trading initiatives to achieve profitable margins and increase market share.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier and buyer networks and regional go‑to‑market and pricing strategies.
• Full accountability for the Market Access trading budget, monitoring investments, working capital and returns.
• Implement governance, risk and compliance frameworks to meet international trade regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record building market access or trading functions from the ground up.
• Strong leadership with a builder mindset, capable of designing innovative solutions.
• Extensive experience in governance, risk management and compliance within international trade environments.
