Assistant Food & Beverage Retail Manager

About the role

The Assistant F&B Retail Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering smooth daily operations at the TWG Tea Salon & Boutique, ensuring a professional and customer‑focused experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing Salon & Boutique operations to maintain daily smoothness.
• Monitor staff grooming standards and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and manage the weekly roster, communicating service standards to the team.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, handling orders, complaints and enquiries.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen and service staff and supervise tea services and catered events.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
• Handle cash, POS transactions and produce daily sales reports.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control and create eye‑catching merchandise displays.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
• Proficiency in Arabic or Russian to communicate with guests.
• Professional appearance with a pleasant personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on, customer‑focused attitude with high initiative and assertiveness.
