Assistant Foreman

About the role

Ali & Sons Contracting is seeking an Assistant Foreman to support site operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The role assists the foreman in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the foreman in planning and coordinating daily tasks on construction sites.
• Monitor progress of work crews and report any delays or issues.
• Help enforce health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support material handling, equipment allocation and site logistics.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and assist in preparing site reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a construction environment, preferably supporting a foreman or site supervisor.
• Good understanding of construction processes and site safety standards.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
