Assistant Manager – Cash Management Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Cash Management Services to support the Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees daily cash centre operations, ensures 24/7 coverage across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region, and participates in system upgrades and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating cash management centre (CMC) operations.
• Supervise staff to ensure timely execution of orders, instructions and customer reports.
• Support budget management, cost‑saving initiatives and financial forecasting.
• Liaise with customers, auditors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Conduct regular audits, monitor KPIs and integrate automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Participate in recruitment, performance evaluation and training of CMC personnel.
• Maintain analytical frameworks for working‑capital optimisation and risk reduction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cash management, banking operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multi‑site operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on cost control and operational risk.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
