About the role
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Contract Services to support its upcoming integrated resort. The role will provide strategic contracting advice, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure that all contractual arrangements align with the resort’s operational and financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver value‑add contracting advice to multinational business teams.
- Guide and direct diverse professionals in interpreting contract and RFP requirements.
- Review, draft, and analyse a wide range of contract documents, including Agreements, Amendments, Statements of Work and Schedules.
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively assess contract obligations, identify gaps and risks, and recommend revisions.
- Mentor junior contracting staff and provide guidance on outsourcing services contracts.
- Negotiate and resolve contract issues or disputes, offering practical solutions.
- Assist with proposal alignment, preparation and drafting of contracts across facilities, hotel operations, marketing, IT, project & logistics, and other functions.
- Coordinate with Legal Counsel for review, incorporate feedback, and disseminate final advice.
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving of all contracts and related legal documents.
Required profile
- Proven ability to provide effective contracting advice to multi‑national teams.
- Strong experience guiding teams through contract interpretation and RFP processes.
- Independent relationship‑building skills with both internal and external parties.
- Strategic mindset to translate business goals into contracting practices.
- Proactive risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
- Experience mentoring contracting professionals.
- Familiarity with outsourcing services contracting standards.
- Effective negotiation and dispute‑resolution skills.
