Assistant Manager – Credit MIS & Analytics

About the role

Delivering accurate and timely credit MIS and analytics, this role ensures the business has access to actionable insights that support informed risk decisions and portfolio monitoring. The position follows established procedures, leverages data tools and escalates exceptions to management as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Compile daily, weekly and monthly credit MIS reports using approved templates, validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Extract and prepare datasets for ad‑hoc analysis, create visualisations with Tableau or Power BI to highlight trends and exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory reporting standards, support audits and flag potential data breaches.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve MIS processes and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk MIS or analytics within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics or risk management are a plus.
