Assistant Manager - Customer Experience, Employee Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

This position is responsible for enhancing the customer journey, improving service quality, and driving engagement to support business growth and sales objectives within employee banking.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales teams to align customer experience initiatives with business and sales objectives.
• Monitor customer journeys and address service‑related issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Develop and implement communication initiatives that drive engagement, product utilization, and cross‑selling.
• Identify improvement areas in customer‑facing policies and processes.
• Analyze feedback and service metrics to recommend actionable improvements.
• Support digital adoption initiatives and promote digital banking solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or experience management, preferably in banking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and customer feedback tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
