About the role

BookBI is expanding its finance team in Dubai and seeks an Assistant Manager Finance to support daily financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The role offers exposure to an AI‑powered fintech platform and the chance to work closely with senior management on budgeting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning, reporting, and daily finance operations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, and financial processes.
• Work closely with management on budgeting and financial analysis.
• Support implementation and optimization of financial controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an auditing firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and financial documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the UAE market is a plus.
