About the role
The Assistant Manager Finance will support Blue Ray Printing’s financial operations by coordinating with banks, handling payments, and delivering accurate financial reporting. This role ensures smooth cash flow management and contributes to procurement efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with financial institutions to secure optimal facilities.
- Process payments for suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare on‑time and accurate MIS reports covering sales, profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and monitor stock days.
- Ensure purchase of raw material and non‑raw material aligns with KPI targets.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Accounting; CA or CMA qualification highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing company financials.
- Strong analytical intelligence and decision‑making abilities.
- Experience in performance management and training/coaching.
- Strategic thinking and competency in managing financial performance.
