Assistant Manager - Gift Cards Partnerships

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Gift Cards – Partnerships will help grow Landmark Group’s Shukran Gift Card business across physical, digital and partner channels, with a strong focus on B2B sales. You will support sales, coordinate partnerships and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations to drive revenue and improve customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital and partner channels.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators and distributors to expand B2B sales.
• Prepare proposals, offers and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, account activity and performance dashboards.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, especially B2B and corporate clients.
• Support onboarding, documentation and system setup for new partners.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing and compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch campaigns and promotions for gift cards.
• Track campaign effectiveness and share insights for future improvements.
• Oversee daily gift‑card program operations, including issuance, redemption, reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist with product enhancements, launches and integration with loyalty and payment systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, redemptions, breakage and channel performance, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships or account management, preferably in retail, loyalty or payments.
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
